We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Compliance Advisor to join our team at Elby Professional Recruitment Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients on payroll compliance and related matters.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and experience in providing training and guidance to clients. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining our training seminars, as well as providing compliance content updates for our Payroll Compliance Professional program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and current information, guidance, and assistance to clients on payroll compliance and related subject matter
  • Communicate and review inquiries and problems that require in-depth research and expertise
  • Support and share knowledge to cross-train colleagues
  • Conduct and deliver corporate training as required
  • Update and maintain training seminars and compliance content

Qualifications:

  • Must speak French
  • PLP or enrolled in preferred, but open to those with relevant experience
  • Solid end-to-end payroll background
  • Strong technical skills and compliance knowledge

We are open to considering candidates from Toronto and the surrounding regions who are available for hybrid or remote work.
