Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
This role involves providing expert guidance and support on payroll compliance and related matters to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Manager, Compliance Services to provide accurate, current, and verifiable information, guidance, and assistance to our clients.
You will also be responsible for communicating and reviewing inquiries and/or problems that require in-depth research and/or specific expertise, as well as supporting and sharing knowledge to cross-train colleagues to retain valuable intellectual capital within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must speak French fluently and possess a strong background in end-to-end payroll operations. You should also have a solid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and regulations.
A certification like PLP or relevant experience is preferred, but not essential. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in payroll software, are also required.
