Environmental Field Technician Specialist

A Day in the Life:- You will prepare and adhere to site-specific health and safety plans to mitigate risks to yourself and others.
- You will identify and report potential hazards, near loss incidents, and loss incidents.
- You will maintain excellent field notes and collect and handle soil and groundwater samples.
- You will carry out fieldwork under the direction of more experienced scientists and technical employees.
Our ideal candidate has a diploma in environmental or geological technology, excellent communication skills, experience with soil and groundwater sampling, and a valid driver's license. You will be willing to work in the field and possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We welcome applications from people with disabilities and are committed to employment equity.
