Job Title: Property Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Comfort Property Management.

Job Summary:

The Property Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including negotiating leases, preparing contracts, and coordinating repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in property management
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Accounting software knowledge
Work Environment:

The Property Administrator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
