Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lemont Professional Real Estate Corporation. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the daily operation of the office, including opening and distributing mail, maintaining inventory, and ordering office supplies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
