Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Shangri-La Food Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always fully stocked.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
