Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Gogo Sushi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant meets all relevant standards.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
