Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Shangri-La Food Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff, managing customer complaints, and implementing customer feedback.
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including marketing initiatives and menu development.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, including scheduling, performance management, and employee development.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and point of sale systems.
