Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Four Seasons Whistler Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a strong leader with excellent culinary skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and kitchen supplies.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Manage kitchen budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
