Job Overview
Michael Page is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area.

A well-established construction General Contractor and Design-Builder, our client prioritizes quality and attention to detail in ICI construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with senior management, define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing project plans and associated communications documents
* Estimating resources and personnel required to achieve project goals
* Drafting and submitting budget proposals, recommending subsequent changes as necessary
* Assessing need for additional staff or consultants, liaising with department managers for acquisition of required personnel
* Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path
* Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
* 10+ years of experience in construction project management, working on projects valued at $100MM+
* A post-secondary diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
* Experience overseeing Commercial and Institutional projects, primarily new builds and additions
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with internal and external customers and team members
* Experience leading complex projects, with ownership of operations, client relations, project administration, and other scopes
