Executive Culinary Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen team at Chef Reza Inc.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service. Your expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision will help drive our culinary vision and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and creative dishes
- Manage inventory levels, maintain high-quality standards, and reduce waste
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to achieve optimal performance
- Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for special occasions
- Analyze operating costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
To succeed as an Executive Culinary Manager at Chef Reza Inc, you must have:
- A minimum 5 years of experience in senior culinary leadership roles
- Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for innovative cuisine and commitment to excellence
- Candidates must be available for shift work and willing to relocate if necessary
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy opportunities for professional growth and development.
