Site Construction Manager

The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily on-site activities of a large project, ensuring it is constructed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Ensure adequate manpower is available for tasks and schedule work accordingly.
- Work closely with other teams to guarantee a smooth construction process.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
