We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Access Accounting and Tax Services. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor\u2019s degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
