Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Professional in Digital Innovation Arts. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the academic leadership team, including coordinating logistics and administration for shared calendars and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and administration for the academic leadership team's shared calendars and schedules.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation for meetings, presentations, and other activities required of the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the Dean in coordinating administrative activities with the Dean's office.
  • Lead, administer, and monitor projects, programs, and services as requested by the Associate Dean.
  • Prepare enrollment, financial, and graduate reports by accessing diverse sources, including FAST, registration services, finance, and institutional research and analysis.
  • Provide research assistance in the development of narrative reports for the academic chair, associate dean, dean, and relevant government departments.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

  • A certificate in office administration or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' administrative experience.
  • Basic to intermediate database experience.
  • Training and/or experience at the intermediate level in the use of common software packages, i.e. MS Office Suite.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including both oral and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze information to determine trends and make complex decisions independently.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize many diverse tasks within tight timelines.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
