Senior Culinary Specialist

ATCO Frontec is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to support our kitchen team at the Jansen Discovery Lodge in Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a diverse range of meals, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute meal preparation according to established standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate food supplies and minimizing waste.
- Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes, adhering to proper temperature and cooking time guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of food preparation, storage, and disposal.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in culinary arts or a related field.
- Valid food safety certification.
- Previous experience as a cook or culinary specialist in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
