We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to join our team at Manvirro's Indian Grill. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and managing kitchen operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Staff Training: Provide coaching and guidance to kitchen staff on preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
- Food Costing: Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that we stay within budget while maintaining high-quality dishes.
- Culinary Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of menu planning and kitchen management.
- Certifications: Food safety certifications and any relevant culinary certifications.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
