**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TTEC Computers Incorporated. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues
* Consult technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
* Provide training and advice to users in response to identified difficulties
* Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
* Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
* Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software

**Requirements**

* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
