Job Summary

As a Senior Investment Analyst at Welltower, you will play a key role in driving the transformation of healthcare infrastructure. You will work with leading seniors housing operators, post-acute providers, and health systems to fund the real estate and infrastructure needed to scale innovative care delivery models and improve people's wellness and overall healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis of investment reporting, acquisitions, developments, and dispositions of seniors housing and age-restricted multifamily assets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, property underwriting, and due diligence processes.
  • Prepare and present investment committee submissions.
  • Support ongoing asset management by monitoring and evaluating operator and property performance.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with operators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate or healthcare investing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in real estate modeling, including valuations, returns, and waterfall distributions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
