Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal levels.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Train Staff: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations.
Supervision:

You will supervise a team of 3-4 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
