Food Service Supervisor

Krawchuk Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
