Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Service Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Staff Management: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
