Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in their homes, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Valid Driver's License (G2/G) and reliable insured vehicle
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire or in process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
