As a Physiotherapist with Fraser Health Authority, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients in community settings. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments to clients with acute, rehabilitative, chronic, or palliative healthcare needs.
- Develop and implement client-centered care plans that promote functional independence and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality and safe client-centered care.
- Maintain accurate client records and statistical reports as required.
About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physiotherapist who can work effectively in a fast-paced community setting. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an approved school of physiotherapy.
- Two years' recent related clinical experience in a community, geriatric, or rehabilitation setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC and eligibility for membership in the Canadian Association of Physiotherapy.
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
