Responsibilities:
Culinary Leadership- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities in the kitchen.
- Oversight of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality dishes.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase your culinary expertise and appeal to our diverse customer base.
- Ensure that all menu items meet our quality standards and adhere to our brand's flavor profile.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and cooks to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback and coaching to help staff improve their performance and achieve their full potential.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the dining area.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and tailor the dining experience to their needs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Be able to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads as required.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
