Key responsibilities include:

  • Determine food portion sizes and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements
  • Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in food preparation and handling
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas

This position requires strong attention to detail, fast-paced environment adaptability, and physical stamina for handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. If you're an organized and reliable individual with initiative and excellent time management skills, we'd like to hear from you

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality culinary standards, adhering to health and safety regulations, and promoting a positive team environment.
