Job Summary
Zoom X Logistics is seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Director to lead our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial controls, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions or departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Team Leadership: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer Skills: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
Work Environment:
The Strategic Operations Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and must have excellent attention to detail. The position is permanent, full-time, and offers a competitive salary of $$85,000 per annum.
