Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Leadership Professional to join the Government of Canada - Central. As an Administrative and Financial Director, you will play a key role in implementing organizational policies and programs, representing the organization in official functions, and establishing financial and administrative controls.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating or approving policies and programs. You will also represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions and select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Represent the organization in official functions and negotiate agreements
- Select and develop middle management staff
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as attention to detail.
Working Conditions
- Work will be completed at the physical location, with no option for remote work

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
