We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our team at C&L Cabinets Ltd. in strategic planning and risk management roles.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare company, industry, and economic outlooks, analytical reports, briefings notes, and correspondence to support informed business decisions.
  • Contract and Tender Support: Advise on and participate in the financial aspects of contracts and calls for tender to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Cash Flow Planning: Plan short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance to optimize resource allocation and minimize risks.
  • Risk Profile Management: Prepare a regular risk profile for debt portfolios to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
Support Initiatives
  • Physical Accessibility: Provide physical accessibility accommodations to ensure an inclusive work environment.
  • Newcomer and Refugee Support: Assist with immediate settlement needs and support social and labour market integration through language training, skills development, and community engagement.
  • Youth Support: Offer awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
  • Indigenous People Support: Provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to support Indigenous workers' growth and success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and risk management.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
