Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at AGOM HOLDING'S CORPORATION. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate with Suppliers
You will be responsible for negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring that we receive the best possible prices and quality products.
Customer ServiceYou will be the primary point of contact for customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation for our restaurant.
Operations ManagementYou will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Government ProgramsAs a recognized employer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business complies with all relevant government programs and regulations.
ExperienceWhile experience is an asset, we are open to candidates with equivalent experience in a related field. You will be required to work a minimum of 32 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our business.
Requirements- Education
You must have a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
LanguageYou must be fluent in English, as this is the primary language used in our business.
