About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at AGOM HOLDING'S CORPORATION. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Manage Supplier Arrangements

You will be responsible for negotiating and managing arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring that we receive the best possible quality and prices.

Customer Service and Relations

You will be the primary point of contact for customer complaints or concerns, and will work to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Operational Planning and Management

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
