Job Summary

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Patrol Security Guard to join our team. As a Mobile Patrol Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing security services to our clients, responding to alarms and service calls, conducting property inspections, and assisting with scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and service calls in a timely and professional manner

• Conduct property inspections to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' properties

• Provide guard supervision and support to our clients' properties

• Assist with scheduling and coordination of security services

• Liaise with clients to ensure their security needs are met

• Maintain vehicles and equipment in a clean and safe condition

Requirements

• Valid G Class license with a minimum of 3 years' driving experience

• Valid Ontario Security License

• Previous security experience is an asset

• Post-secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred

• Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy

• High School Diploma/GED

• First Aid, CPR Level C

• Immunization Record

• Completion of Paladin Mobile Patrol Training Program (LMS Courses)
