At OUTLAW HAULERS LTD., we are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. They will also possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, co-ordinating and planning for office services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets. They will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The Office Coordinator will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the office and will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
