- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that we maintain adequate supplies of ingredients and equipment.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to high standards of quality and safety.

- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a chef or in a related role.

The salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Work EnvironmentDai Jang Kum Restaurant is a busy and dynamic workplace. As an Executive Chef, you will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. You will also be required to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
