We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Placement Specialist to join our team at CA001 Marsh Canada Limited. As a key member of our placement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative placement strategies to meet the complex needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement placement strategies to meet client needs
  • Manage a book of high-profile, complex insurance and risk management portfolios
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-end, professional, and technically strong brokerage services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changing market conditions and inform clients and carriers of major developments affecting various types of coverage
  • Develop new products and innovative solutions to address complex client needs
  • Lead complex placement/technical support activities on big accounts to ensure contract execution

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of insurance experience on the broker or insurer side
  • Broker License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong technical knowledge and risk management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
