We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Responsive Logistics. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative support, managing daily tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Skills: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office
