Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Responsive Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a dynamic team.
