Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Sky Bison Solutions Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including managing records and coordinating office services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee payroll administration.
Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
  • Organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Permanent position, 30-35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
