Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that we have sufficient ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our operations and can make informed decisions.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, ensuring that they are informed of our operations and can make data-driven decisions.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential.
- Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Tight Deadlines: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.

- 1 Year to Less Than 2 Years: Have at least 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role, preferably in a supervisory or management position.
