Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EDO Japan. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Food Order Summaries: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that orders are accurate and timely.
- Tray Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules, ensuring that our team members are adequately staffed and trained to meet customer demand.
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
Experience:We are looking for a candidate with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service management and supervision.
