Food Service Manager

Wainwright Burger Baron & Twins Pizza is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition and Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules, and lead by example to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Wainwright Burger Baron & Twins Pizza, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and be required to maintain a high level of physical fitness.

Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
