Senior Market Research Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Market Research Consultant to join our team at MHB Group Canada. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for leading the production of residential market studies in Toronto and across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Manage workflow and oversee the work of junior analysts to prepare client-ready reports.
- Provide clear, concise recommendations for market-related aspects of new development, such as product positioning, suite sizes, and project amenities.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of the GTA housing market, including condo, rental, and student housing sectors.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a field such as real estate, business, or economics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for real estate development and a strong understanding of the Canadian real estate market.
