Life Insurance Sales Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with clients, educating them on our insurance products, and identifying sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Establish trust with clients and create a climate conducive to selling insurance policies.
- Educate clients on our insurance products while adhering to company standards and underwriting policies.
- Seize sales opportunities and solicit product offers.
- Work with agents to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused review process to educate clients about insurance options.
- Focus on financial service sales, including life insurance, disability insurance, and critical illness insurance.
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
- Self-motivated and able to engage with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Organized and able to problem solve.
- Ability to work as a team and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Life and Health license (LLQP).
- Property and Casualty license (OTL) optional.
- Product/sales experience required.
- College diploma or post-secondary education.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
