Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in educating and advising clients on our products while adhering to our company's ethical standards and underwriting policies. Your primary goal will be to establish strong relationships with clients, identify their insurance needs, and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a passion for helping others and a strong understanding of financial services. You will work closely with our agents to establish and meet marketing goals, seize all sales opportunities, and educate clients about our insurance options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Establish personalized telephone contact with clients to create a climate of trust conducive to selling valued insurance policies.
- Educate and advise clients on our products while adhering to our company's ethical standards and underwriting policies.
- Identify and seize all sales opportunities, solicitation, and product offers.
- Work with agents to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options.
- Focus on financial service sales including life insurance, disability insurance, critical illness insurance, health, and dental insurance.
- May require a property and casualty license at some point.

Requirements
- Sales experience preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage meaningfully with clients.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of social media/technology.

Qualifications
- Life and Health license (LLQP) required.
- Property and Casualty license (OTL) optional.
- Product/sales experience required.
- College diploma or some post-secondary education.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Previous insurance experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including bonus-based performance incentives, donation matching, paid time off, training and development opportunities, and more.
