Food Service Manager

Rusty's at Blue is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our dining establishment, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays.
- Establish work schedules.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Rusty's at Blue is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and maintain attention to detail.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
