Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JJBG Holdings Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced food service establishment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
