Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of food orders and inventory.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week.
