Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the sales and catering team to achieve revenue goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize room rates and occupancy levels.
