Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Etro Construction Limited. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates of labour and material costs for our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems to prepare estimates
- Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present to clients
- Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects
- Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction estimating
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dental plan

- 40 hours per week
