Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at Etro Construction Limited. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimating: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs for construction projects.
- Pre-qualification Submissions: Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present to clients.
- Blueprint Review: Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
- Computer Software: Operate CADD and other computer software systems.
- Estimate Reports: Prepare and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bids forms.
- Quantity Take-off: Utilize quantity take-off procedures.
- Contract Expenditures: Monitor and adjust contract expenditures.
- Supply Directory: Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills.

- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
