About the Role:

Farm Credit Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing strategic insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics and reporting capabilities to support senior management decision-making.
  • Analyze our operating environment to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement data quality, structure, and adequacy improvements.
  • Provide domain-specific insights to other business units to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide technical training and mentorship to team members to enhance their analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as agriculture, finance, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science, and at least six years of experience.
  • Advanced research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth understanding of statistics, mathematics, or data configuration.
  • Knowledge of data manipulation and management tools, as well as mastery of visualization tools.
